The company who installed our glass was Cover Frameless Glass. I wish I could find some more areas to use them as they are quite simply the best service providers in the Cape. I have never come across a company as-efficient and friendly, and if you have any issues they seem to have a same-day response to fix anything (we’ve only needed this once in the wo years we’ve had them and only for a minor issue). Their superb contact is: Maritza Syfert…. I apologise for gushing about them so much, but really nothing short of outstanding. You may have to wait some time for the glass to be cut to size etc, but once that’s done the installation and back-up is a breeze.This is an expensive exercise, but as you can see from our house (and my folks) it adds a new useable room to your house and is so so worth the expense.

To Cover Frameless Glass We have appreciated the friendly business relationship we have had with your company. We are very pleased with over Cover System and would recommend it to other because it definitely is a top quality product for just about any type of enclosure. Beste Adelle, Bure van ons het ‘n tydjie gelede by ons huis verby gestap en die die framless deure gesien en met ons kom gesels oor of hul glas of shutters moet insit. Natuurlik het ons vir hul op al die voordele van die glasdeure gewys en hul jul kontakbesonderhede gegee, maar toe was jou werkers nog besig en ons het hul genooi om te kom kyk as die werk klaar is. Gister was hul by ons en Hannie het hul al die fynere puntjies uitgewys waar ons oorspronklik foute gemaak het, wat hul baie waardeer het. Sy het ook aan hul genoem dat ons ‘n goedkoper kwotasie kon gekry het by iemand anders, maar hulle werk nie so netjies soos julle s’n gevind het nie. Jul na-sorg diens is ook genoem, en ons glo ons het hul so beinvloed dat hul nou beslis van julle gaan gebruik maak. Ek hoop jul neem ons “lofsang” en moeite in ag met jul werk hier by ons, want ons is seker ons kan vorentoe vir jul nog werk gee. ‘n Vriend van my wat saam met my gholf speel gaan nou juis ‘n huis laer in die straat af bou en het al na ons bybehore kom kyk, maar toe was die shutters nog op. Nou kan ek hom op die framless deure wys.

Even after just the first day of the installation we are impressed.Elliot and team seem to be stars! Apart from their obvious skill for what is clearly a specialized job, they are very pleasant guys. We were also very impressed at how they cleaned up as they worked and how they cleaned and left the site at the end of the day. The product is also looking good and we think that the colour choice is perfect. This is going to make a huge difference to our patio living!

He noted that a couple of things had to be changed..he moved the plastic from the first glass to the outside of the second door and his expert knowledge helped us so much as he was able to fit the locking door absolutely perfectly and the scraping of the floor has been rectified. The squeaking has also stopped… Bless you and your firm for outstanding service.

After four and a half years, we had the weather strips replaced on our patio doors in August 2012 There was a slight adjustment to be made and as a bracket pulled out,. Thabo Maake arrived this morning, and in two minutes he put my mind at rest. he will be returning to replace the bracket as the rivets had pulled out.. What a pleasure to deal with him. Once again I write to thank you for outstanding service, guidance and attention we received….it is a pleasure to deal with your staff and company. Fiona at your Midrand office, is always obliging and does her best to ‘make things’ happen. I cannot tell you how useful the enclosed patio had been….a real blessing with the grandchildren.

Dear Werner,   I am writing this to you to thank you for the very professional way you attended to our glass door problem. As you may be aware we had tried 2 other firms to help with our problem and all we got was very poor workmanship, as they did not know how to fix our problem. Then we were charged an exorbitant fee with a promise of a year’s guarantee.  We continued to have problems and they reneged on their promise to attend to our doors for 12 months. Then we found another man who admitted he did not know how to fix the glass door problem…but tried anyway.  Eventually we phoned the previous owner of our unit ..which we should have done in the first place…and he gave us your name.  We dealt with Fiona and she was VERY helpful and kind, taking in to account that we did not pay you up front …but promised to pay when the work was completed..which we did.  You sent Cornelius who assessed our problem and today your team came and attended to the problem in a very professional way…they worked quickly and quietly and the doors are now working perfectly again.  Thank you for your assistance and for the way Fiona related to us.

I wish to place on record how satisfied I was with workmanship provided by your staff who completed the installation.The team were very courteous and tidy workers. I have no hesitation in recommending your Company in the future.

Congratulation on your promotion I can see from the way you dealt with your customers that you worked very hard to please! The closure of my balcony at Oasis Palme Vue has just been such an easy ride due to the friendly, respectful and competent people who did all the hard work with the utmost skilfulness and dedication. The finished product is of the highest quality and a joy to have.

Sliding the panels is made so easy, even for me as an older lady, I really feel so secure and safe and can now enjoy my balcony to the utmost. Gold medals to all of you as well as the product you sell!
